All Sales Final:

Due to the nature of our products, all book sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ( info@cttwt.com). Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Incorrect Orders:

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will work quickly to correct the issue and ensure you receive the correct product.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Cancellations:

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing ( if applicable):

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
